Include:

- Photos of the item (if applicable)
Our team will review and respond within 7 business days.
📦 Return Conditions
We honor returns when items are:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Free of stains, damage, or alterations
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear
- Pajamas
- Swimsuits
- Socks
- Masks
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
⚠️ Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is approved and processed:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the funds
We’ll email you once your refund has been issued.
❌ Order Cancellations
- Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled for a full refund.
- If your order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process above once delivered.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
