⏱️ Processing & Delivery Times
Each order is carefully packed and prepared within 2–3 business days of purchase.
Once shipped, most packages arrive within 9 days depending on location and carrier volume.

Entered the wrong address or phone number?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email support@gurlcoded.com immediately so we can update your details.If the order has already shipped, we unfortunately can’t modify delivery information while in transit.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, new shipping charges will apply for resending.

🚚 Delayed or Missing Orders
If your package hasn’t arrived after 25 days, here are the most common reasons:
- Missed calls or delivery attempts from the courier
- Incorrect address or contact information
- Unexpected carrier or weather delays

- Updated contact information
- Preferred delivery time (if applicable)

📦 Lost or Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged, please email support@gurlcoded.com within 7 days of receiving it and include:
- Photos of the damage
- Your order number
If your package is lost in transit, we’ll review the tracking and coordinate with the carrier to assist with a reshipment when possible.
🔁 Returned Shipments
Orders may be returned to us if:
- The address provided was incorrect
- The package was unclaimed
- Delivery was refused
Once your order returns to our facility, we’ll contact you to confirm next steps.
If you’d like to reship, please confirm your updated address — new shipping charges will apply.
📬 Tracking Says “Delivered” But You Didn’t Get It
If your order is marked as delivered but isn’t there:
- Check your mailbox, front porch, or delivery area.
- Ask neighbors or building staff if they accepted it on your behalf.
- Contact your local carrier office for more details.
If the package is still missing, you’ll need to place a new order.
At this time, Gurl Coded can’t refund or replace items marked as delivered by the carrier.
